Topped with toasted almonds, served with roasted garlic onion marmalade, fresh fruit and a toasted baguette. Fresh New Zealand cockles steamed with white wine, lemon, garlic, and linguica sausage. A variety of fish and shellfish stewed in our own vermouth sauce, tossed with pasta, tomatoes, herbs, and topped with parmesan cheese. Tender lobster, mushrooms, peas, shallots, and fress chive: served in a rich creamy lobster broth and topped with a puffed pastry. Andouille sausage, smoked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh chive, tossed in penne pasta with gruyere, bleu, and parmesan cheeses. A medley of spring greens and fresh mild salsa, tossed with fresh poached salmon in our buttermilk bleu cheese dressing.
